Opolis seeks an experienced Growth Hacker to lead its digital marketing & advertising efforts, funnel management and conversion goals. Your primary objective will be driving qualified leads to the top of the marketing & membership funnel. 

Education, Experience & Personality

  • Proven track record in driving lead conversion from digital marketing efforts for Business Services, SaaS or related business genres. 

  • We will accept any educational background and are only concerned about ability to drive quality results based on a proven track record. 

  • Ability to work independently, and with others, without day-to-day supervision. We are a “remote first” team and are open to applicants living and working remotely.

  • Work closely with the Membership (Sales) Team with respect to optimizing results.

  • We are a team of entrepreneurial, self-starter, purpose driven, enthusiastic, agile, willing-to-fail, self-confident, team-oriented people who are passionate about delivering excellent work. We’re looking for someone who fits this mold. 

  • We are open to an “independent contractor”, who wishes to stay independent, who is able to contribute a sufficient amount of time to our effort. 


  • Digital Ad Campaign Building, Management & Acquisition Cost Optimization. Expert in Facebook & Twitter advertising required. The ideal candidate will also be very familiar with LinkedIn and Reddit audiences and methodologies. 

  • Landing Page Optimization. Expert understanding of analytics and A/B Testing methods. Ability to rapidly prototype and move quickly through testing processes.

  • Copywriting. Ability to write concise, powerful content that sells while maintaining brand standards and core messaging.

  • Strategy/Creativity. Identify creative marketing opportunities that can be pursued to drive more leads to the top of the funnel. Ideas may involve engaging teams throughout the organization. 

  • Intermediate Design Skills. Ability to create basic ads and content for landing pages. Can work with a designer for more advanced graphic needs. 

  • Identifying & Investigating Trends, Issues and Opportunities. Proven ability to analyze data, adjust and work with agility. 

  • Marketing Technology. Our current stack consists of FB ads, Wix for landing page management, with VWO for split testing on landing pages. Our drip campaigns are managed with Hubspot and Mailchimp. We are open to changes.
